Our mantra "Come for the Food, Stay for the Music", was inspired by Susan Timney from the flavors and talent stirred into the Cafe in 2009 to 2012.
With flavors from owner Susan Timney's natural spice rack & home style approach, paired with owner Lynda's innovative specialty items like drunk shrimp tacos & spicy mango salsa or flat bread pizzas topped with local farmlands then changing hands, our new restaurant manager Michelle sizzles with fresh and bold flavors, while the talents of our early morning Billie Crocker aka Billie Burnor bakes goodies from scratch like spinach quiche to lemon ginger scones; all these layers of cooking is truly enhancing the cafe as the food and music evolve and blend into the new 2012 year.
